Please make your hotel reservations prior to Friday, February 7, 2025. The hotel may accept reservations after this date based on availability; however, room rates are not guaranteed so early reservations are recommended.
A deposit equal to the full value will be charged on Friday, February 7. Cancellations made after this date will result in forfeiture of room and tax charge for the stay.

Meal Plan Option

Your companion is welcome to join you at the Welcome Reception, as well as register for any of our optional activities. A companion meal program is also available, which includes breakfast Monday through Wednesday. The cost for the meal plan is $495. A badge is required for these meal functions.

- Prior to 60 days – full refund
- 31-60 days before start of event – 50% refund
- 0-30 days before start of event – no refunds or credits for future events given
Due to financial obligations incurred by CUES, no refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests less than 30 days prior to the start of the event. Substitute attendees are welcome, subject to eligibility.
CUES reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled or location is changed and you are unable to attend.
