Each quarter, you’ll receive 10 to 12 online training scenarios culled from the latest real-life scams as reported by the FBI and the Office of the Comptroller, so your team will always be learning about the latest ploys.

How it Works
You Are the First Line of Defense!
Think back to the last instance of fraud your credit union experienced. How much did it cost your institution? Chances are, it was more than the cost for just one year of First Line of Defense.
When you subscribe to First Line of Defense, you’ll receive a package of 10 to 12 online training scenarios each quarter.
During the simulation, your staff member will virtually meet and interact with a member who is requesting a transaction. Your staff member can request the same documents they would see in real life, including checks, driver’s licenses, and signature cards.
The learner chooses to either process the transaction or deny it. If they deny it, they are asked to select a reason behind their decision. First Line of Defense then shows if the answer was right or wrong, and why.
Additional Features
- You can have as many staff members take the courses as you’d like.
- Training is customized to your credit union. Learners will see your routing number and MICR number on checks, and documents like driver’s licenses, state IDs, and checks will be from your state or surrounding states.
- When the learner has completed all the lessons, a report is generated showing how much money their decisions would have saved or cost your institution—a great way to track ROI.
- You can determine how many times a staff member can attempt to pass each edition, offering a great coaching opportunity.
