Each year, CUES gathers salary and compensation information from credit unions of all shapes and sizes across North America. We make this data available to you in two ways:

  1. CUES Employee Salary Survey – Includes more than 60 non-executive roles from entry-level to management for departments such as the call center, collections, IT, lending, HR and marketing. Review base pay, bonuses and pay ranges.
  2. CUES Executive Compensation Survey – Includes 22 executive-level positions including C-suite, senior executives, vice presidents, and legal counsel. Compensation details cover insurance, bonuses, retirement plans, and more.
