Each year, CUES gathers salary and compensation information from credit unions of all shapes and sizes across North America. We make this data available to you in two ways:
- CUES Employee Salary Survey – Includes more than 60 non-executive roles from entry-level to management for departments such as the call center, collections, IT, lending, HR and marketing. Review base pay, bonuses and pay ranges.
- CUES Executive Compensation Survey – Includes 22 executive-level positions including C-suite, senior executives, vice presidents, and legal counsel. Compensation details cover insurance, bonuses, retirement plans, and more.

What data will I see when I run a report?
Employee salary reports show compensation by percentiles, as well as a count of employees in that position and a salary range for that position. Executive compensation reports display base salary, bonus and total compensation by average and by percentile, plus information on benefits. You will be able to view data in USD or CAD.
What positions are included in the survey?

How do I know if my positions match your survey?
Job titles can vary. That’s why we ask survey participants to look for a 75% match between our job description and theirs, so we get the most accurate data possible.
